The Cheesie’s Truck. If your office isnt near a designated food truck parking spot, you need to get a new job because you are seriously missing out. My office is visited by 2-6 food trucks everyday, plus this amazing company called Fooda brings in 3 different restaurants who serve lunch. And there is a cafeteria and it has a taco stand. It is foodie heaven. Yes, I live across the street from the office and should be going home and making myself lunch, but sometimes I have to indulge!Today I fell in love with Cheesies. Their menu offered a traditional grilled cheese, a jalapeo popper grilled cheese, a caprese grilled cheese, and the mac and cheese grilled cheese. Obviously I tried the mac and cheese grilled cheese which combines my two favorite foods from childhood. It is big, it is cheesy, it is very filling, and I cant stop eating it. thekittchen.com
