Drive-thru vs Counter. Went inside to make purchase……BIG MISTAKE! Stood at counter waiting to get complete order of half dozen donuts and two breakfast sandwiches and counted 10 drive ups getting service before they finally got my order straight. Counter person had to ask three different times what I was waiting for before I received it, which made me late for work!! Personnel were fairly rude about the whole thing. Think donuts were leftovers from yesterday………won’t be going back there until an attitude adjustment takes place, which means never.
Not that good. Their donuts always taste old/stale. They’re nothing like they used to be. And the coffee’s not that good either. We work in an office where people bring us donuts sometimes, and when they’re from Dunkin Donuts, we usually throw them away!
