We stopped at Flips at 1:40 pm and was met at the door by a waitress telling us that they close at 2 pm to which I replied yes that is in 20 minutes, and she responded with, well we just want you to know that we close at 2pm. So they don’t really close at 2pm but more like 1:30pm. I use to own a restaurant and was always happy to allow last minute customers. There was always something to be done or prepped for the next day, so it did not matter if there were late customers in as well.
