Absolutely amazing food at great prices. Very strong and complex flavors completely unique to this locale. The owner is a very kind and personable man who makes appearances often and does everything in his power to make you feel very welcome. I recommend the tan buu chicken. It is one of my favorite dishes from anywhere.

A Favorite Place. An out-of-towner but a frequent visitor to Pasteur’s. The food is always good — and plentiful. My favorite is Hue Beef. My only complaint is … one time I received a fortune that didn’t come true. Highly recommended!

Great spring rolls !. Very clean and very friendly place- spring rolls that their sauce are wonderful & all the dishes that we have tried on numerous visits have been pretty good- decent prices as well- love to go when we are in the area. The owner is very outgoing and welcoming. Always have had good service.

Regular. If you don’t like Vietnamese food, prepared fresh and delicious, then this is not your kind of place. We have brought many a friend and family member here and they have all been impressed and ask to come back when they are in the area. The owner has become a friend over the years, mainly because he has the uncanny ability to remember you, your family, what your food preferences are, and treats his customers the way they deserve to be treated. By the way,not pricey, for the delicious meal you get to enjoy.

Good, not great. My wife and I had the Dinner for Two. For $30, we received a beef dish, a chicken dish, two egg rolls, and two crab and asparagus soups. We also each had a small pitcher of hot tea for $1.50 apiece. Neither of us had ever had vietnamese food before, and we had heard great things about this restaurant, but we were not impressed. The egg rolls were good, hot crispy and had a very interesting sauce with them. The soup was bland. The asparagus as so over-cooked it turned to mush. Both main dishes were close to being great, but something seemed to be missing. After adding some of their house chili sauce, they were much better. The service was very good. The owner is gregarious and the waiter was prompt and considerate. We both agreed that if we were to rate Pasteur on a scale of 1-5, it would be a 3. It was a decent meal, and it is worth trying again, but we’re not going to rush back.
