This place is great. Authentic ( and by that I mean food you would actually eat in Italy), and delicious Italian food at affordable prices. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a strip mall in an industrial complex fool you, that’s where a lot of Chicagos best resaurants are anyway. Try the seafood appetizer!
Delicious Italian Cuisine. Chef Pasquale creates a wide range of traditional Italian dishes. His lobster ravioli is full of wonderfully balanced and rich flavors. His stuffed gnocchi is like eating little pillows from heaven. For your appetizer, I recommend the grillata – a blend of octopus, calamari, shrimp, eggplant, and zucchini – all grilled to perfection. The service is warm and welcoming. Reservations are recommended on busy weekend evenings.
