Food is pretty good. A bit over priced for your typical hotdog joint. Their customer Service is horrible! On a recent order, I called in for a pickup. The person who took the order sounded about 16. He seemed confused, distracted and inexperienced but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. When my husband picked up our order it was completely wrong, however, I got over that till I had seen the reciept, seen we overpaid and he never deducted the coupon we gave. I then decided to call to at least get the overpayment, a older man answered and could care less, rushed me off the phone with a yeah yeah and hung up!! Awful! Treat your customers with respect! Remember, they pay your bills! You lost this customer and every friend I tell!

Though I live in Wash DC area my mother lives in Mundelein. First stop on way to Mom’s is Luke for some Chicago Dogs and Italian Beef. There may be better places in the northern burbs but food is good. Service, what service but who cares. Its too small to have service
