I placed an order through grub hub. I waited patiently for two hours, nobody called and no delivery. The order was never sent to the kitchen according to Grub Hub. The owner acts like he does not even care about his reputation or customer service ratings. If an owner or store manager does not call customers or grub hub, uber eats which I never use or eat24 and the customer is not told. it shows that THE BUSINESS does not CARE about its most important factor and that is customer satisfaction.
The food is good but the dining service is horrible!!!!!! Things you would expect from a bad fast food place. I was completely shocked & appalled by their rude behavior! The manager completely blew the complaints off. Absolutely outrageous!

Skip it. Had dinner there last night. Service was okay,somewhat attentive but the pizza had very skimpy toppings of the 3 ingredients we ordered and the crust tasted like cardboard.. The sauce was okay but on some of our pieces you could barely see the 3 ingredient toppings we ordered.
Absolutely wonderful! Great place to check out. Fantastic serive and real Italian goodness.
Worth finding. Off the beaten path, but Braconis is a fun and unexpected find. The pizza is good and the service was above average. Worth checking out for yourself.
Pizza!!!. I grew up in Chicago. This Pizza is fantastic. On my way right now to get one. Yum.
