Love their food, and their prices are very reasonable, but this location took FOREVER to get a person to take our order!! We literally had to flag down a person to do so because the original person forgot about us! The only other location that has done a good job is the one in Bolingbrook. Even the one in Tinley sucks! Management really needs to take another look at how their employees perform their jobs. Other than that their chicken and dumplings with two sides, for $8, is a real deal!
The management obviously does not care about customer service. I ordered carryout from this location, got home and realized they’d forgotten one of my side items. Called the restaurant, and they said I could pick up the item they’d forgotten. Had to drive 15 minutes each way in 2 degree weather. Asked to speak with the manager, who did not seem to care one bit. I’ve worked in restaurants and I order carryout frequently, usually someone checks the carryout orders. So I asked the manager if anyone had double checked the order, and he admitted that no one had. I understand mistakes, but the manager literally did not care about the trouble he’d caused me, nor offered anything to make up for the mistake. The food wasn’t even good- soggy chicken salad sandwich, limp fries. There are so many better options in the area, who provide outstanding customer service. I’ll be dining anywhere else in the future. This restaurant has permanently lost my business.

I wish I wish. Oh yeah the Breakfast here cannot be compared to no other place. God knows I wish they had Cracker Barrels in California esp the LA area. They don’t know what they’re missing Lol.
Great Breakfast. The usual franchise. Scattered along the highways for travelers to stop for a good, quick meal.This one is no different. The Breakfast we had was AWESOME and inexpensive. We’ve been going to these restaurants for years AND we’ve never been disappointed meal wise. Service as always, varies from store to store. This particular one was wonderful.I am a fan and will always come back.AMBIANCE: B-FOOD: BSERVICE: B-
