Surprised by the low scores here. Cozy little place. Bun bo xao was good, the rice noodkes reminded on the south indian dish idiyappam. The steak , peanuts, the greens went together well. The peanut butter sauce was yummy
Vietnamese to start the new year.Green Basil , the only Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Naperville.This place is hidden as the entrance is on the side not on the Jefferson Avenue. They have placed a small sign now, which makes it a little more easy to find.Order was1) Goi Cuon-Shrimp, pork with lettuce, bean sprout and rice vermicelli wrapped in rice paper and was served with peanut sauce2) Green Basil Com Chien-Green basil fried rice with jumbo shrimp, chicken, BBQ pork, scallions, snow peas, pineapple and carrots.A clear soup was also served with the same.Very good quantity of food, struggled to finish it.Good service and Friendly staff.
