I called this location in Naperville 3 times. The 1st was to inquire about the size of ham I should order and the 2nd and 3rd was to try to place my order. Granted it’s during the holiday season and the store could have been busy, but they were extremely rude each time they answered. In fact, the 2nd time, the person picked up the phone and hung up right away. The 3rd time, the Manager admitted that he was the one answering the phone. I chose not to order after telling him my experience, but he seemed like he didn’t care. Too bad since I like honey baked ham.
