Popular casual place to go in Naperville on Ogden. Went on a Saturday evening and it was busy but they still took our order pretty quickly and got our food to us within a reasonable wait! I like how big their dining area is. They have a lot of tables but also some booths as well as counter seats along one of the walls. They have a wide variety of menu items to choose from and are very reasonably priced. They even have the standard kids items too. Had their Italian beef with sweet peppers and it was delicious! The fries are tasty too! They have three flat screen TVs in the corners which are a plus. There is a parking lot but it’s not really big. Loved it! Highly recommend them for lunch or dinner.
This is undoubtedly one of the worst restaurants for customer service in Naperville. It’s a shame too, because the food is decent. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there. The cashier girls are just plain rude. Been there three times and experienced rude or unfriendly behavior every time. Coworkers expressed this as usual behavior for cashiers there. Not spending my money there anymore.
