Excellent sliced brisket. Hush puppies are very good as well. The people that work there are very friendly. It is quite noisy inside when it’s busy, but the food is well worth it.
On this extremely cold day I chose Q.The order was 2 meat plate Choice of meat 1) Brisket Burnt ends2) Spicy SausageWith a side of Mashed potatoes with Brisket gravy, Fresh cut fries and Hush puppies(A hushpuppy is a savory food made from cornmeal batter that is deep fried or baked rolled as a small ball or occasionally other shapes.)That’s lot of food , I had the realization only after I saw the plate.Sausages were great, so we’re the creamy Mashed potatoes and fries- Potato overloadDisappointed with the Brisket Burnt ends, these were small cubes of Brisket Burnt at least half the height making them either chewy or hard.Poor choice considering that it’s a premium meat that takes 2$ more out of your pocket

Not good. Bone piece in the pulled pork and the brisket had no smoke ring, thus no smoke flavor. The turkey was pretty good. A lot of hype for this place since there is not much BBQ competition.
It’s ok if you just want BBQ. I prefer really good BBQ … This ain’t it!
I gather it’s more about the sauces — which are delicious — than the meat, which is just good. I’d definitely come back but doesn’t really rate among the best BBQ I’ve ever had.
Awesome Q. Burnt end sandwich was very good. The buns are also excellent
