I stopped in here many years ago and it served large quantity, fair quality sushi to go. There were no tables or chairs.This evening, I stopped by to get some carry out and the place has certainly changed for the better. A simple, contemporary layout with 2 bar areas (one traditional sushi bar and one bar in front of the grill area) on one side of the restaurant and tables along the other side. Service is quick and pleasant. Prices appear steep, but the maki rolls come as 8 pieces. Nigiri is fresh but smaller than other local restaurants. They offer sparse choices in appetizers, salads, teriyaki and noodles, but that’s fine since the focus is mostly on the sushi.
