Huge fan of the WhichWich chain but this location is just dreadful. Service is terrible, unfriendly and slow. Sandwiches are shoddily made. Never have new newspapers. And they don’t use reward frequent visitors with punch cards. Avoid this location and go the Plainfield store instead, which is terrific.

Unprofessional. Extremely disappointed with the Which Wich in Naperville on 75th St. Let me start by saying that I have been a big fan of Which Wich the last few years, but the last time I was there, I ordered a crab sandwich and paid double meat. Didn’t receive double meat. But that’s minor: On two occasions in January, I have tried to go there for lunch around noon (it opens at 10 AM). Both times, the places was closed, chairs up on the table. I have since heard that it may be temporarily closed for change of ownership? If so, then PUT THAT ON YOUR DOOR.. so that people know what is going on. Since I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t open, I called the number for the place. There is no recording. REally? In the 21st century, you can’t figure out a way to show the common courtesy of informing your customers with the status of the establishment? If you are closed, leave a sign on the door explaining. At a minimum, have voicemail that can explain what is going on. To simply do nothing… shows a careless disregard for your customers or demonstrates the overall ignorance of the management (past or present, whichever it is).

I am a huge huge huge Which Wich fan! First fell in love with their Iowa City location and was SO THRILLED to find a new location up here in the burbs! My girlfriend and I are both vegetarians, and our tastebuds are freed from the monotony of typical vegetarian restaurant fare by their vast menu with virtually thousands of sandwich options. The employees at this location are almost all typical suburban teenagers, which means slow and sometimes rude service, and a lot of overheard teenage gossip, but my sandwich is (almost) always worth it.

I haven’t yet explored the entire menu, but the food is very good. Be prepared to wait, not in line, but for your sandwich. Average wait time is about 5 minutes. The shakes are pretty much just ice-cream, and the cookies are delisious. Last note – they have a nonstandard ordering system. You’ll grab a specific small paper bag off the wall and use the markers available in the wells to customize your order by check boxes on that paper bag. Place your name at the bottom and you’re ready to go!

Which Wich?. Which Wich is my favorite sub sandwich restaurant in the Naperville area. One thing that makes this restaurant stand out from others is that they heat your sandwich. Something that makes this restaurant unique is the way your order your food. There is different stations that describe what type of meat or vegetarian sandwich you want. After you find your type of sandwich you check off everything you would like on it. And for the hand dipped milkshakes (oreo is amazing) you do exactly the same thing as the sandwiches. I would suggest this over any other sandwich place around. Which Wich is awesome!
