Solid coffee spot close to work. I really enjoy the coffee, and all the delicious pastries they rotate frequently. The place itself has a really unpretentious feel to it, a lot of wood and old metal, it’s pretty cool. The only downside is the waits can get pretty rough during peak hours, so be aware.

Love Bow Truss coffee–one of my favorite local roasters. If you like strong, flavorful, often very acidic brews, this is your stuff. This location isn’t the coziest for sitting and getting work done, but if you need to grab a quick cup to go, this is is great stop right by Merchandise Mart. instagram.com
Can’t here with Meghan Phillipp ! Love the atmosphere! Not a ton of seating but loved the vibe. Honestly, some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. I went with a vanilla latte and it was absolutely delicious and rich. Also had what I think was a piece of blueberry pie. Really yummy and the crust was very crunchy, which I love. Great experience. Can’t wait to come back. The only reason it’s not a 5.0 for me if the seating. Service was also great!!
Coffee house. Not computer looking, business dealing Starbucks. But a little, one off, coffee place with good coffee. My cappuccino was luscious and rich. Cool space. Try here. But have your own internet
Cute little shop that has really good cold brew. I am picky about my cold brew too. I prefer it strong and flavorful and BowTruss totally delivers. Definitely get your morning on with some delicious coffee. Oh, and they had a Gingersnap Sweets pop up which also totally rocked my morning. Thanks, guys!
Come here for their coffee…At Boss Truss Coffee Roasters, you won’t find people on their laptops… since there is no wifi.Coffee is good here: Espresso, Cappuccino, Filtered, Pour Over, V60 Brewed. Cold Brewed, Batch Brewed…It would have made any coffee geek happy!The interior is spacious and I just love sipping my coffee here and smell the freshly roasted/grounded beans.
