Decent Irish Pub. My girlfriend and I made our own pub hop yesterday afternoon and stopped in for a pint at Brehon. Sure, there are lots of Irish Pubs in Chicago, and among Irish pubs, Brehon doesn’t jump out as being anything out of the ordinary. There is certainly something to be said, however, about a cozy neighborhood watering hole with good bar staff and solid pub food. If you’re hungry, try the Irish Nachos: loaded all-the-way nachos with fresh ingredients–only substituting crispy waffle fries for the tortilla chips. Good stuff indeed.
