Central Standard, a new gastropub with a menu focuses on regional fare from the Central Standard time zone. Head up by Executive Chef Ryan Wombacher the high-end gastropub offers dishes and cocktails that represent the essence of various regions within the CST zone-from poutine to Sazeracs. A warm and inviting space, Central Standard boasts one long main bar, oversized leather booths, and communal tables throughout the main dining room. Head upstairs to the mezzanine level (which overlooks the main floor), equipped with a fireplace, 15 seat bar, and lounge seating. In addition, a private event room for up to twenty four guests is located upstairs.
