Citizen Bar is a good neighborhood bar. And attracts a lot of professionals from the surrounding offices. It has a good terrace seating area, though it is always crowded in the evenings. I have been there couple of times, and the food orders have been largely limited. Choice of beers is kind of limited, but they have some decent beers on tap. Nothing really special, except that it is a regular bar. However, one time the waitress did mess up the cheque big time like by 40-50 bucks.
