Good bagel spot. I tried the everything and cinnamon raisin. Both were firm with a little stretch. They offer toasted which isn’t truly New York but I’ve always liked toasted so it was welcome. I didn’t have a sandwich but with boars head meats, you can’t go wrong.
Lox n bagel was pretty good. The salmon seemed fresh and the bagel had great flavor. The kitchen staff yells THANK YOU in unison for every person who leaves a tip. First experience here was just fine. Easy to get to on bike from the south loop as it’s located on Dearborn. chicagofoodgame.com

$7.50 breakfast. Just dropped $7.50 on a drink and breakfast sandwich and they got the order wrong. Call to let them know and they didn’t even offer to remedy their error. Had been going there for a few years…never again!

Great place for a bagel. If you’re staying on/near Michigan Ave it’s actually not always easy to get a fast/great breakfast relatively early. If you don’t mind walking 3-4 blocks west to Dearborn, this is a great option for a fresh bagel with, in my case, cream cheese lox onions and tomatoes. Seriously hit the spot. Everyone behind the counter working hard but still nice folks.
