Amazing experience. Great atmosphere. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was simply the best I have had in a long time.
Great service. Ate here as part of the Dinner & Show package for Second City. The server (Will) was the best that we had while we were in Chicago. The food was good – I had the risotto. The tiramisu was very good. The meal was timed perfectly for us to make it to the show.
Horrible service. Food was good. It wasn’t busy even though it was Restaurant Week.
Delicious food and fantastic service. The wait staff was very helpful in recommending items and very attentive without hovering. Very cute restaurant, glad we went!
Good food, nice out door space and WINO WEDNESDAYS!!!! What more could u ask 4:)
This is one of the best restaurant in the city. The food, service & the staff in general are always great at making you feel right at home… I’ve brought all my family and everyone loves Dinotto. Highly recommend this Old Town treasure!!!
Poor Service, Mediocre Food. My family went to Dinotto Ristorante for a late lunch this past Saturday — June 14. The service was horrible.Although there were five people in our group, we each ordered salads. The waiter brought us our drinks and some bread — and then disappeared for more than 45 minutes. We stopped him at that point and asked for an update. He said our food would be ready at any moment; he’d just checked on it. Twenty minutes later, we got our food — brought to us by another member of the wait staff. Evidently, he went home for the day — leaving me to believe he didn’t turn in our order until he was on his way out the door.To add insult to injury, the food was okay. Certainly not a salad worth waiting an hour for!
