This restaurant was really cool. It had a nice atmosphere and some great food. The food is meant for sharing and is very tasty. We started off with the Barata e Cavolo ( which was tasty but I didn’t love the kale-walnut pesto), Tostato con Uova ( basically an egg on bread) and Cozze e Sopresatta (Mussels). This was a decent amount of food but we still wanted more. We ended with the Polpette du Melanzane (eggplant balls) and Porchetta e Pepe (pork belly and the biggest portion of the night). The restaurant was nice inside but there was a table of 6 girls who were laughing/screaming for the first hour and a half we were there. The restaurant is not big enough for noisy groups. This isn’t the restaurants fault but it did put a damper on the dinner. I’d probably go back the next time I’m in Chicago.
