We stopped by for some wine prior to our dinner reservation. Small intimate vibe. I dont know much about wine but we split a fight of bubbly wine which was good and fun! Would recommend a stop in on your way before or after dinner.
Nice place. Lighting need to be fixed a bit as lights are overwhelming. Wines were awesome. And we were totally surprised by the food! Pizzas and the steaks were really good. Tasty. Dip was so so.
Not just weiners with pickles It’s more like a wide variety food court. With separate stations and one central dining area. Everything was pretty good but the roast beef is my favorite.
Had a great time with the wine flights. All the wines were great and the flights feature a wide variety of themes. With the cheese/charcuterie tastings, small plates and pizzas it’s a good place for a light dinner.
We often stay at the Hotel InterContinental when we visit Chicago so this little gem is our go to place usually for our night of arrival. No need to wrap up against the cold Chicago temps when you can just get the elevator down from your room and grab a table.Seems like the restaurant has been decorated since our last visit. We like visiting due to the various wine samplers that you can enjoy plus their tasting plates of food are great for sharing. Im sure we probably eat more than we think but the presentation of the food is great and the atmosphere good. A great spot to relax, sample wine flights, enjoy charcuterie and sample unique chocolates. I love stopping in at ENO whenever I’m in Chicago. It’s a great spot to drop in, relax and enjoy some fine wine and charcuterie. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are good at recommending different wines based on what you order the first time. If you like big, bold reds then they will be able to introduce you to some wines that you may have never tried before. If you want quick service, sit at the bar. If you have time to relax, and aren’t in a hurry, sit at one of the nice tables by the windows and watch the world go by on Michigan Avenue. Oh, and don’t forget to try some of the unique chocolates that ENO offers. There are some very interesting chocolate creations that go very well with wine!
