You really need to focus on the meat for an experience out of this world, great choices, great taste, sorry the vegetarian-vegan life is not for me… And waiting at the bar was always pleasant i really enjoyed some nice conversation with the barmen thanks guys
Be sure you are hungry when you go here because you will want to eat yourself silly. The staff is very pleasant and extremely attentive. The buffet choices are unlike any I have ever seen. There are a lot of healthy and fresh choices which is great. I would recommend the Picanha and the filet. I also had the carmelized pineapple for dessert and it was fabulous. silverspoonlog.wordpress.com
Came to this spot after my sister and brother in law raved about their experience at the other location. A perfect spot to escape the cold from. At the center you will find a salad bar with options to please everyone. Prepared salads, smoked salmon, prosciutto, plenty of veggies, cheese… I would have been content just eating from the bar. I obviously did not limit myself though. At the table is a never ending supply of crispy polenta, grilled bananas, garlic mash potatoes, and lovely bread puff with cheese inside. Again, you could stop here, but these are simply accompaniments. Flip your card from red to green and you will be consistently approached for different cuts of meat. The parmesan cooked pork was my favorite but everything was ace. I had to flip back to red after each cut was put onto my place because I hardly got a bite in before 2 other servers approached me asking if I wanted another cut. The staff was incredibly friendly and a woman who I believe to be one of the managers checked in on our table, and she also helped in clearing tables which I especially appreciated. Whether you are an absolute carnivore, vegetarian, or somewhere in between – there is a ton to enjoy here. Definitely plan on returning. romikabhat.wordpress.com
Best to wear pants with a little stretch in them when you visit Fogo de Chao. Green means go and I kept the filet mignon and top sirloin coming all night long. The salad bar is great and the side dishes are good (especially the soft and chewy cheesy breads), but they get in the way of being able to eat more meat. If you are a serious carnivore like me you’ll love this place. If you aren’t prepared to eat a lot and get your money’s worth, go someplace else and get a nicer cut of meat and you’ll still probably spend the same amount.
Chain Brazilian Steakhouse Restaurant. prefer Texas de Brazil instead. As usual there is salad bar and several types of meat. Salad bar and unlimited meat is about 50 dolar and you pay extra for drinks. Try Brazilian beer. neyenir.com
So, typical Brazilian steakhouse. Found the meats to rely more on salts and seasoning as opposed to letting the natures of the meat speak for themselves.
just like my great experience in Atlanta… Chicago did not disappointLots of side dish options both hot & cold, the gaucho chefs prepared the meats excellently, the restaurant atmosphere although full was spacious so not over-crowded and the options kept coming to our table. really loved the lamb
