While I like Portillo’s food, nothing beats one of their shakes with cake in it! I am super sad to say that on my recent visit, my shake was barely filled, and by that I mean, I opened it to find a good 3 inch gap from the shake to the lid. So, when visiting Chicago, a Portillo’s shake is a must, but so is checking the the content!
