The Worst Place Ever Anywhere. The worst bar I’ve been to in Chicago. Why?1. The bartenders are unattentive to the point of being bothered to have to make you a drink. 2. The bartenders are stingy to the point of serving non-alcoholic drinks. In the world of Joe’s Bar, a vodka cranberry, for example, is a pint of cranberry juice with about a 1/4 shot of vodka.Avoid like the plague.
