I popped in here solo for happy hour and a bite to eat during a business trip recently. The staff is very friendly and helpful, great drink selection, and the food exceeded my expectations. Try the wings. Ill be back on my next trip!
I really liked the atmosphere of this bar. A very friendly vibe from the time we arrived to the time we left. The server and staff were on the ball the entire time. The server was always around when we needed her and the staff was constantly clearing the table as needed. The food was delicious and fast. We started the evening with a Pretzel and cheese appetizer…the Bacon Jam was sweet and flavorful. I had the traditional Shepards Pie with sourdough bread. I was so happy to see the bread was served with Kerrygold butter (my favorite). My husband has the Cheddar Burger with Mac and Cheese. He said both tasted great. The Mac and cheese has a spicy kick to it which was a nice surprise. I am so happy we stopped by. I am adding this to my list of favorite Irish Restaurants in my travels.

Beverage may be served directly at the bar.It’s very crowdy, and of course noisy. Snacks and burgers are rather good. Don’t miss the special Chicago hot-dog.However don’t go there for gastronomy.
Excellent food. Went here with my family on a recent Chicago trip as it was just around the corner from our hotel. The chicken kids meal was HUGE and all of us loved it. My wife had the wings and I had the Corn Beef Hash Reuben, which was excellent as well. It is not a sandwich, but a mixture of hash browns, corn beef, sauerkraut and I topped them off with scrambled eggs. Server was super friendly and made the experience even better. You should go!
My friend had a brunch here the day after her wedding. The bar/restaurant was notified that we would have about 15 to 20 people coming. They prepared for this by assigning one waitress who clearly could not handle the job. We waited an hour for her to take our order and then noticed she didn’t put the order in for another 30 minutes.To top it off, all the food was completely overcooked and tasteless.I don’t think you could get me to go back if you paid for my meal.
Great food and a great location. The deck in summer is a great spot to eat and drink. Great staff
Great food, fresh. Cool vibe but a bit loud but fun ambiance. Broccoli augratten was perfect buns for burgers are so fresh and almost like a pretzel type dough
