The wide selection of beer, the numerous televisions and the great food make this a great place to stop and get away from the hustle and bustle for a bit. Don’t see the game you want? Ask and they will change a channel for you to watch what you want!
Love Portillos and this location did not disappoint. We went during the lunch rush and they were still very quick with our food.Quick recommendations: hot dog, Italian beef dipped in gravy, grilled chicken sandwich and chocolate cake shake. (don’t eat the mention foods all in one sitting!)

Supposedly the best wings in Chicago… I wouldn’t go that far. They were kind of tough and really sucked. The waitress got snappy when I asked to have our bill separated and told me she couldn’t. Great beer selection!! There is not a bad seat in the house. The servers were very nice, attentive, and accommodating. The pulled chicken sandwich and fries were okay. Good place to watch a game and drink a beer.
I just relocated to Chicago and have been looking for a place to watch NFL sunday. This is the place hands down. All the games, great staff who will seat you based on the game you came to see. The owner is hysterical. Giving any fans of the team playing the Bears that week a good spirited hard time. Oh…and great food too. I highly recommend this place. See you every Sunday.
FInal Four. Mother Hubbards was jammed. It was like being at the game. Both games were great . We had the Ribs and the Enchildas Suizas-both excellent. We won some golf towels in the nickname contest. We are getting there early on Monday for the MIchigan State upset !GO SPARTANS!20 Mar, 2009BBQ RIBS AND SPORTS. 15 years!!! I have been chowing down and watching 8 or 9 NFL games at Noon every Sunday on huge screens.Nothing betbter than a slab of Mother Hubards Ribs couple of Goose Island drafts , checking my fantasy stats on their wireless network and every football game in front of me.I live for my Sundays at Mother Hubbards. I am now 38 . I was a 23 year old intern when I found the place. We are both still around and doing better than ever.
