Always heard of PF chang but this was the first time I went there and it was totally awesome. Really loved the food. Not great for vegetarians I suppose as some of my vegetarian friends were not satisfied. Still great ambience, loved the chicken lettuce wrap. The dessert was also delicious. Great presentation of food.

I’ve always been a fan of the PF Changs brand. But, this experience was not what I was game for. The wait was extremely long – and we were finally given a table that was empty ever since we arrived. I have no clue why we were waiting when there were empty tables. Our orders were mixed up and the food took forever to come. More so with the check and the change post paying the check. Only saving graces were that the Chicken Lettuce Wraps were delicious. Decent Orange peel shrimps. However, the Singapore Street Noodles were bland and undercooked. The Strawberry lemonade was a perfect, again.Cost : At over USD 20 per person, I did not find the entire meal a worthful one. Bottomline : I’ll go back for Dimsums and Starters maybe – and I guess I would ‘take-away’ the food this time around.

Not the best PF Changs over had but far from the worst. I got take-out and all lived up to expectations. The dynamite shrimps (one of my favorites) was a little squishy and the serving was much smaller than the usually— I am talking a few squishy shrimp microns on a sea of lettuce. Not to sound like a moo but for ten bucks you expect a moderately decently sided portion of food. Other food was pretty good but they did not deliver any soy sauce or napkins.

I love Asian food flavor at the PF Chang’s. I order giver chicken, crab wonton, cauliflower tempura it was delicious. Ambiance is modern Chinese American layout. Music vibes are good. Service is bit slow. They definitely need to work on service delivery.

Its a pan America chain. Good Chinese food is difficult to get in US having gorged on Indian version of the Chinese food I find it difficult to get Chinese food that is closer to what is served in India. PF chang comes the closest. Ambience is contemporary. Pricing is fine.

Our visit to PFC today was amazing! After getting a belittling lecture from some lady with piss-poor customer service skills at Top Wok we stumbled upon PFC. Thank goodness we did because they totally took care of us.As soon as we walked in I approached the hostess stand, explained my vegan diet and she, with full product knowledge, already had detailed dishes that would meet my needs. Our server, Kevin, was amazing as he had 100 percent product knowledge as well and was able to offer many, many options in an Asian restaurant that knows how to properly cook food for their customers without sacrificing the quality of the dish.I ordered the Buddhist Bowl which was amazing, fresh and full of flavor. I’m so glad that Top Wok turned our business away in arrogance because we found PFC to be so satisfying. We will definitely be back and recommend coming here. I know PFC is a chain restaurant but maybe that’s the key in this case.Thank you, PFC of downtown Chicago, you really stepped up when someone else wanted to be a jerk.

Feel ripped off. Ordered food to-go tonight and was very disappointed. I always love the wonton soup and the portion in the restaurant is huge. Tonight the soup was delivered in a half pint container, only half full — very little for $4.50 each (about 4 ounces). The lo mein was greasy and the pork, chicken, and shrimp were extremely overcooked. I don’t love Chang’s food generally, but can always count on the soup and lo mein. not tonight.
