Pelago is a great dining destination in Chicago for Italian food. They have several vegetarian options on the menu and everything is expertly prepared. My friend and I both had a mushroom and shaved truffle dish over fresh make fettuccine. It was one of the best dishes weve ever had. For dessert I had a banana cheese flan that was out of this world. The wait staff expertly takes care of you. They operate like a well coached soccer team. They are attentive without being instructive.
