Chicagos original inventors of deep-dish pizza, in 1943. Waiting time for the pizza is between 40-45 mins. Ordered their signature deep dish pizza which was outstanding. Loved it, the dough airy and edges crisp at the same time. Also ordered their gluten free pizza which was amazing. Their mozzarella sticks were delicious too.
