I was surprised that this was a cafeteria style restaurant but it worked well. We were there during the lunch rush and it was a bit of a zoo. Hard to navigate the lines if you dont k ow what youre doing, and you should ha e an idea of what you want when youre in line since they come up the line to pre-order your food which is a little stressful for first-timers! But its definitely worth it. The. I ago hot dog with everything on it was amazing!!

This was the highlight of our Chicago trip. Gnocchi was amazing and service was its equal. We loved this place!

The food here is terrific and the service is exceptional. The italian dinner party is definitely the way to go if you are hungry. I’m also a huge fan of their desserts; they taste amazing and they are priced to be one of the best values in chicago.
The service was extremely slow. The water was warm. There is no bathroom in the restaurant, they share with the hotel, when I went to use it, there was a maid in it and I was not allowed in. The food on the other hand was very good.
One of my favorites. The best thing here is the Italian Dinner Party. Everything I’ve eaten here has been wonderful.
