Wonderful dinner – filet perfect and sides over the top. Started out with a Martini –couldn’t have had a better night
No hat policy is complete crap…..but you could wear sweatpants in the restaurant. ..what a joke…service was slow and food was cold.
16oz. Ribeye. Sizzling hot plate with juicy tender steak.
Consistent Food with Great Service. In town with kids from college. Wanted a great meal experience for them. Ruth’s Chris delivered. No wait, no delays at the meal, great service and a great meal.
Consistently good. It’s been a while since I visited this location. It still is good. Mike the Manager is still making sure the patrons are getting great service and those fine steaks. I won’t wait so long before my next visit.
The best filet in Chicago!!! One of the best things about Ruths Chris is that your steak is just as hot on your last bite as it was your first. The sizzling plates covered in salt/pepper butter is to die for. The hardest decision to make is whether to get potatoe au graton or lyonaise. But a must ( can be considered as deseart) is the almond crusted sweet potatoes. This dish is served better than anywhere else. The Chicago location seems to serve a better steak than both other locations but no matter which one you go to you won’t miss.
Very good after show dinner. Great service from a nice looking young lady. She was knowledge about the wine list – I was asking about Malbec or Grenache, I can’t remember – and she answered my questions. I think she even brought me a small taste, but I spent a few more dollars and got BV. The BV was good and everything, but I have yet to hit a homerun witha BV wine like I have some others.I was a little disappointed in the Kobe steak (medium rare). It was a little grainy and not as tender as I expected. When I brought this up the our waiteress she told me it was a Choice cut, which I saw on the special board I, but forgot it was choice just assuming it was prime since it was the special . She offered to replace the steak with a differnt cut – it was 1/2 eaten and I was basically finished – I told her it was O.K. I had had a Scotch and 1/2 a bottle of wine, so what did I need with another steak when I was staying in a hotel? The manager even came over to ask me about the situation. I reassured her everything was cool and I was happy (Scotch & wine!). The other filet ordered was fine (I didn’t taste it).Appetizer – CalamariEntree – Kobe Steak, FiletDessert – Creme Brulee, CheestecakeWine – BV (blend)Scotch – ?Service – A+Food – AAtmosphere – A+Pearl Jam ROCKS!!!
