This is overtop but worth a couple of drinks and a view to die for. Great place to bring out of town guests and share a romantic pre dinner drinks.
I give this a 4.0 due to the prime location and view not so much the food and certainly not the prices. The cheese platter was quite disappointing although the sliders were quite good. Its a fun location to go and enjoy the sunset as the setting is perfect and great to get some good shots of the Chicago river and surrounding buildings. Our server was lovely and friendly and we were offered pashminas should we feel cold as the fires that were lit added a great visual impact but not so much heat. nofixedabodeforsue.com
Gandalf was there. Had their lunch sandwich and salad menu. The lobster roll and pork sandwich with egg were fantastic…which should be expected for $22 each. Service was also awesome, we had maybe 3 servers taking care of us. One funny note: Everyone at our table ordered beers. The server came and poured each persons glass in the slowest most awkward way possible. It was not annoying or anything, just hilarious and abnormal. Literally each glass took one full minute to pour, the slowest pour in the world. Four beers poured which took 4 minutes, funny yet strange.
Great view of Chicago. We really enjoyed our night out at The Terrace at Trump!Beautiful views of the architecture of Chicago. Nice crowd.Perfect for a nice summer night.
