We stopped at the Windsor for small plates and drinks before we went to Second City. Great apps. The sirloin sliders were delicious, as were the deviled eggs. Very reasonable prices. They were packed when we went and we were lucky to get two bar stools. The Bartenders were cranking it! As packed as they were they kept up with our drink orders and even chatted for a bit. Lots of locals, so you know it’s a good place.
