It’s crowded because people know it’s good food. They handled the crush well. Server was attentive and friendly. She suggested Goose Island Green Line ale and it was wonderful. Smokehouse burger is plenty of food, cooked very well. Nice interlude for a long layover at Midway airport.
Lamb Chops with Wine. Poached Samon pasta. And their Wine list. All amazing! One of the best spots in old town. Must pre game at the bustling bar, Pour House across the street. Then a meal at the Topo Gigio patio. And then top it up with smooth cocktails at Old Town Social or a post dinner lounging at Benchmark. Or wanto hang out for dinner after a Second City show- Topo Gigio is central to all plans in Old Town!
