Simple , nice, cozy, clean restaurant. If u like a lot of choices , and hot homemade bread and soups, then great place,,, good tasty food for the money,, desserts very good with carrot cake a specialty,,, i enjoy the simplicity and down to earth service… Family business seems to work hard to deliver a nice meal!! The steak burgers are great and my dinner ribeye steak , a saturday special they had very good,,, but remember no place is perfect!!

Horrible dining experience. The waitress we had was horrible and didn’t take an interest in our table at all except for when we asked for the check. They even screwed up a Caesar salad. How does that happen?

Terrible experience. July 26, 2012 – we decided to try Fiesta Thursday and have never been so disappointed. 1st – The waitress took our orders of a chicken chimichanga and Tequila shrimp which was described as bacon wrapped shrimp on a bed of guacamole.2nd – She brought out a Chimichanga and a Burrito. She apologized for the mistake, returned the Burrito to the kitchen and placed the correct order ( so we thought)..3rd – The waitress returned with the shrimp dish which was fried shrimp with vegetables and mashed potatoes, again not what we ordered. She stated she did not know why the cook, prepared it that way. That dish was returned also.4th – Later she returned with a plate with shrimp sprinkled with bacon bits on a bed a guacamole. Nothing was wrapped with anything. We asked for the manager.5th – The manager came to our table and stated that is the way they wrap their shrimp, very sacastically. By this time we are a little frustrated. In addition to the incorrect orders the Chicken Chimichanga was disgusting.6th – The manager was called out again. This time we complained about the Chimichanga being improperly made and of poor taste. He said that is how they make them. The Chimichanga was sent back inedible. 7th – THE BILL- The bill displayed the total of the 2 dishes originally ordered. The manager was called out again and immediately had an attitude being confrontational and augumentative. He ended the evening by telling us we should not come back. 8th – My husband and I have been faithful customers for the last several years and have NEVER been so humiliated.

This place is a great !!!! good food and great service Me and my boo watch every Bulls game in the bar try the burger it is the best in the Chicago area01 Jan, 2012I’m currently an Executive Chef at a very large vacillity, And the service is very good quality of food is good. The price range is fair there are many choices of items on the menu which is ok if they make everything fresh.

Wonderful place…as long as you aren’t a senior!. I work for an active senior community that visits local restaurants with groups of 10-20 residents on a regular basis. This was our 2nd trip there because of the $10 Steak specials and great wait staff. We unfortunatelty will not be returning due to management! Our first trip there was a few months ago with 20 senior residents. We told them exactly what time we would be arriving (at 4:00 before the rush), yet they refused to take a reservation or have a table set up for us. I do understand Monday night is their busy night, but they do have a special room for large parties and we did everything possible to make it easier on them. And these are 75-95 year old seniors that can’t stand for long periods of time! They also wouldnt do seperate checks. We were forced to pre-order everyones choice and figure out the tab for 20 on our own in order for them to seat us! Even after that frustrating experience we decided to give it one more try this week with only a group of 12. Once again I was treated very rudely on the phone by the manager who. Who then wouldn’t call me back or take my calls about doing seperate checks for only 10! I showed up 5 minutes before our community bus and they refused to even set up the table untill everyone from our party was there…even though the restaurant was practically empty! Obviously, no one in management has grandparents there! What a horribly way to treat seniors. The wait staff was wonderful both times, but management clearly doesn’t need our business or care if we return. Which is a good thing since we wont be!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times and think it sucks. The food is on par with a 24 hour Greek diner with a giant menu.
