Excellent Thin Crust. I’m usually more of deep dish or hand-tossed guy, but I occasionally crave a nice, crispy thin crust and Apart does it as well as any place I’ve ever been to. The pizza does get a little greasy, though, so this is not a place for the health conscious.
Fresh and Tasty. This is probably one of my favorite pizza delivery places in Chicago. The ingredients are always the freshest and the simple, but classic, dishes are a breath of fresh air in the land of Deep Dish. The salads are good, although the homemade balsamic is a little too salty for my preference. The personal pizzas (10 in.) are perfect for one person and allow everyone to get their own pie. On top of that delivery is free and prompt. If you haven’t tried Apart yet, you are missing out!
