I ordered my food at 5:27 pm on a Thursday and at time of writing it is 8:15 pm and I am still waiting. I have called multiple times over the second hour and got a different story each time:1. I just checked and your driver is on his way.2. Your driver is sorry that he is running late.3. We don’t have any record of your order.4. I don’t know which driver has your order.Now they ignore my calls and they go straight to voicemail. Thankfully grubhub customer service was extremely nice and helpful, unfortunately it looks like I won’t get to eat before playing hockey tonight. I will never order from here again, and neither should you.
As far as Chinese takeout goes, this restaurant is up there! They were fast (everything was ready 10 minutes after I called over the phone) and the food was actually really good! It’s too bad I don’t live in the area – otherwise I would go a lot more often!
