Came here for lunch had the pot roast sandwich with the tomato soup. I loved everything especially the soup it was very good the wait staff was very friendly and I liked the atmosphere and music. Will be back.
I was pleasantly surprised to find this place in downtown Palatine… I passed that street so many times but never noticed this restaurant there!This is a small restaurant with cramped seating but serves great food and wines! They serve decent size portions but would definitely call it overpriced. I would totally recommend trying one of their big selections of pizza and the spinach gnocchi! It’s really really good. They can also go off menu if you call in and check with them in advance if they have the ingredients available in the kitchen. My friend was on a strict diet and only wanted some grilled veggies and the chef prepared something delicious for her using grilled veggies. Quite appreciative!

What a surprise!!. My mother and I had lunch here on Saturday July 9 and boy did we enjoy it! At first we couldn’t even figure out it was open….but when we walked in we were warmly greeted. Dining room is small but tables are well spaced and the room is warmly decorated. Menu choices are vast and it took a while to peruse the menu. My mom ordered the chicken salad and a side of fries and I ordered the Misto Salad and the gazpacho soup. Food came promptly and was delivered like we had requested with all dishes arriving at one. My mom said the chicken salad was the best she had ever tasted and her fries were right out of the fryer and perfectly cooked and salted. My Misco salad, with the carmenlized walnuts, was wonderful and the gazpacho, cold and refreshing was served with a drizzle of olive oil and yummy garlic croutons. We will be back to this friendly and well run place. Next time we are going to try the Argentina Grill at the table.
Wonderfully Argentine. I love this little Argentine restaurant! I think the food is good and the wine is excellent. It is pricey but I believe it is worth it!
Delicious food, reasonable prices. The empanadas and soups are excellent here. The chicken salad sandwich is also delicious. I’m not a huge thin-crust pizza guy, but the prosciutto and arrugula pizza was pretty tasty.You’ll end up spending a bit more here than at other nearby places, but the food quality makes up for that.
