Great service, great beer selection and great place to watch the game. It’s a bar so the faire is bar food. They try to do an entree and special menu, it’s an honest attempt to serve good entree’s, however the quality and experience in such dishes is delinquent. The grouper and tilapia was a bit old. It lacked the meatiness of a fresh quality grade. It sat a bit to long at the station before it was served creating a presentation and temperature that is dier to serving seafood. (seafood gets cold quick) but seriously it’s our fault for ordering entrees in a bar. The bar food looks well prepped and done perfectly. I will defiantly go back to enjoy the fried okra, wings, nachos and potato skins. Mmm…bar food.

Worst service ever. I never have walked out of anywhere. Not a movie, restaurant, lame concert. I am very easy going. My service here was so infuriating I had to ask for my bill early and walk out. Particularly the owner ignored our multiple requests to change the tv’s from muted cw vampire show and muted fox teen drama to the white sox game. Instead of changing the channel, he hung out with the host and drank beer. Is this a sports bar? Also it took forever to get our drinks and entrees, we actually left after being there 45 minutes and our entrees were no where to be seen. Anyway, if you like bad service, check it out.
Awesome place for all American/ pub cuisine. Good service, nice prices and trendy music. Bring the whole family, a few friends or just yourself for a great time.
NICE music venue …. Well … The Music Venue is NICE and thats what will keep me coming back.Relatively inexpensive ticket/cover prices. Decent shows. A LARGE space and big stage for entertainment. Sound is just OK.Now on to the disappointment. The food and service.The food was bland and the service was more bland. I KNOW I could get better in the restaurant laden downtown palatine. By chance we showed early for a concert so my group ordered various entrees. NOTHING special was delivered unfortunately.My server was like a robot.ONE good thing on this side was they poured a GREAT Guiness.ANYWAY: Come for the entertainment … stay away cuz of the food.AMBIANCE: BFOOD: D+SERVICE: C-
