Got 2 coupons for free chicken pita one per customer per visit through Palatine public library summer reading program. I took the two coupons and paid a visit. They made me wait for almost 10 mins while they were taking care of drive thru customers. Finally after 10 minutes the manager approached me and I asked him if I could use both of them on the visit. His answer was one per visit per customer. I pointed to me and my son and he said ok to use both coupons. I then ordered fries along with it so that the order was not totally for free. After we got the food I then went to ask for two cups of water. The lady who works there gave me two soda cups and scribbled water on them with a pen and gave me a lecture about not using the cups for soda. This was all fine until she then started mentioning the coupons we had used for free food. This really ticked me off and I did not make a scene and quietly went back to eat my lunch. After finishing up my lunch I went to talk to the infamous manager mentioned in other reviews. He gave me a half hearted apology about being busy and she being not in good mood. I then told him about not treating customers this way and being busy is not an excuse to talk to customers like that. He then got upset and started to give me attitude for the next five minutes and defending his employees unprofessional attitude. The food here is below average the employees I mentioned are rude and today they lost me as a customer. I would advise to stay away from this place.

Never again. We used to go to photos all the time before we moved to Rockford because the food was affordable and good. We were in the area and wanted to get it again. My jaw dropped when I got the price for 4 people (2 kids) it was 50.00. We got our food and it was horrible crumbled bacon was luke warm (miss the bacon slices). My burger did not even have any meat in it, they re-made it and put onions on it after telling them twice. The only good thing was the way over priced cheese fries. We will not be coming back here, we were very disappointed.
Worse lunch i ever had !. Was driving by and saw a sighn for gyros for $3.50 and when in line chilie for 1.50 i have never ever had a gyros with letuss the worse food ever !! will never return
Pricey. Too pricey for what you get. Food was ok, I don’t think I will be going back.
