Ive only been here once but I was a big fan of the soup they gave us upon sitting down. Im not sure what it was called but it was sweet and sour. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai medium spice. It was very good with large shrimp and the lunch prices were very reasonable.
I’m very picky about my Thai and this place is AMAZING. Very interesting, unique menu offerings (you MUST try the escargot in the chili sauce fr an appetizer–to die for). Their sauces are very layered and rich and complex. Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean although a touch shabby. Highly recommend Siri Thai Two.
The first time I went, I loved it. Then the last few times I’ve ordered from there, the pad Thai was almost sauce-less. When I called to tell them it had no flavor and normally there is more sauce, she told me that there is no sauce on pad thai. I ordered from there again and the spring rolls and noodles were bland. This place must serve other food that I’m missing out on trying. It’s disappointing because it’s over priced for other places in the area.
I love this place for lunch. My favorites are the evil jungle shrimp, volcano rice and the queen of palatine- the QOP is an appetizer…fried tofu with a sweet tangy zippy chili sauce sooooo good!!! The lunch specials come with the entree, soup and an appetizer…usually an egg roll or crab Rangoon. The staff is suppppppeerer friendly .
