THE BEST. Being I am italian and have been in some of the best italian resturants in chicago , GUMBA JOES is in the top 5 in chicago from TAYLOR STREET , GRAND AVE TO MELROSE PARK ELMWOOD PARK it is by far in the top 5, its new style with a touch of old fashion goodness , freshness its the best !
Yum!. Since I work near by, I am at Gumba’s at least 3 times a week. Not just for convenience sake, but because their food is authentic, fresh and delicious. Highly recommend, prices are fair and portions are generous!
Really Good Italian Food. Lots of menu options, including some flexibility to provide items that are not on the menu. Everything is fresh and really tasty. Restaurant has ample seating, is very clean and inviting. Service is exceptional. All this and reasonable prices too. I eat there several times a week and strongly recommend that you do too.You will not be disappointed.
Great Italian!. Gumbo Joes is a great place for a quick lunch (order at the counter pizza, salads, sandwiches and daily specials).The dinner menu is outstanding and the pizza here is really good. Great small restaurant.
