This place seems to quite decent with a perfect country side restaurant setting, but the food is not that perfect!!! I ordered Chicago Pan Pizza and it didn’t taste like that great famous Chicago style pizza. Hope they try to make it a little better, to be an ideal small countryside restaurant.!!
The nicest people. My family and I were on a road trip to Chicago. We had to make an emergency washroom stop for my daughter so we pulled into the first place that we could find. We rushed into Spuntinos and explained our situation and found the nicest people that we have ever met. I explained that we would buy something to eat if we could use their washroom. The owner automatically explained that there is no need for us to buy anything. He so nicely said that it wasn’t necessary. We ordered lunch anyway and was rewarded with the best Chicago style hot dogs omg! They were the amassing. We came back the next day for lunch. Its a small place. Sometimes you can find the largest hearts and kindest people and the best food in the smallest places. This was the case. He even insisted that we take water bottles (free of charge) for our road trip back home to Toronto. I can’t say enough how rare it is to meet truly nice people. Someone once said that the character of a person SHINES through when a person does something for someone out of the goodness of their heart expecting nothing in return.

Far exceeded my expectations. Spuntinos offers free delivery to guest rooms at SpringHIll Suites. I usually order room service as a last resort, because most hotels bring you mediocre food at ridiculous prices, but Spuntinos takes care of their customers. Their pasta was tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered by the nicest guy in Chicago! I wish every hotel had a Spuntinos nearby.
Great food and great service. This place is always good for quick hot dog. The food is inexpensive and the service is great. The people there are friendly, and bring your order out to you. It may not be gourmet food, but it’s still very tasty. I rate this 5/5
