Satisfied. So my wife and I went to Missy’s Corner Cafe today, and we didn’t leave dissapointed. I certainly didn’t expect much, as it is a cafe, but I was pleasantly surprised. Granted, it’s seat yourself. The silverware came in plastic bags, and plastic cheap plates; our server was great, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed okay with two lesbians being in this little small town diner. The portions were huge, and damn well priced. I couldn’t get over the biscuit. Clearly it was homemade. …You’ll have to see it to believe it. This is like old time, home homemade biscuits. Not even round, they’re square. It’s fantastic! I was a little miffed my waitress offered it, as part of my meal choices for bread, and then came to find out the biscuits are a $1.25 up charge, but it’s worth it! I will more than likely go back.Overall, I was happy. And for an $9 meal, including coffee (which they circled the diner OFTEN to keep full, my cup was never empty), I didn’t leave hungry.
