Italian Food?. Is this spag sauce or what? It’s more like a cross between Ragu and ketchup. That’s what i thought after having my ravioli. Im sorry, there is nothing special about this place. Iceburg lettuce salad that is brown and dressing that is way to oily. The bread was like a hoagie roll. The wine was cheap and of very low quality. However the server was decent and attentive, too bad the food is so bad. Maybe the pizza is better?
Best Italian in Chicago or Rockford. I hope you try Mikes special salad and the Capri Combo. But you can’t lose. There’s no pizza like this anywhere so I guess you should try that on your first visit.

Best Italian in Rockford. In my opinion, Capri has the best Italian in Rockford. The alfredo sauce is too die for & the drinks are not over-priced. Love the vibe of the restaurant as well. Been going here for 5 years & can’t stop raving about Capri
