Gorgeous views, great concept. They use a lot of local & natural/organic products, which is what drew us here. The service was adequate. My husband enjoyed his breakfast tacos & bloody Mary. I had the eggs Benedict, and was severely disappointed. The hollandaise was very lemony, thick, and metallic tasting. This should not happen in a place that presents itself to be fine dining. Maybe whoever was in the kitchen was having an off day, but before you put a sauce on a plate, you should taste it. Ick.
The view from the dining room is awesome. The downside was the wait after we ordered. We finally asked our waitress as others who arrived 15 to 20 minutes after we did were getting their food. We were told it was because my spouse ordered the Cuban. Whatever, my fish tacos were cold and the taco so moist it fell apart. They tasted good though. The Cuban did not look like it should have taken that long. Pulled pork, ham and grilled bun. I’ll go back and try breakfast but there are great places in town for lunch.
