Nice Surprise in Rockford. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of sushi places from Miami to Chicago to LA. If you are like me, finding these places off the beat and path that serves up food where you would pay 2x-3x more somewhere else is a real treat. From traditional selections to some in-house specialties, we’ve visited Marc’s several times now and will continue to visit whenever we pass through the area. For starters, the smoked salmon and Marc’s fusion roll are 2nd to none.

The quality and freshness is fantastic. We were die hard Shogun regulars for years, dont think ill be back. Found our new sush spot!
LOVE!!. Best sushi in Rockford!!!! Kelly is our favorite server. After only going there once she remembered the next time what we ordered. We love Marc’s!!

Great Service but. I have always loved Marc’s when it comes to a good meal, but 8.00 $ for a glass of Pensfold ? The entire bottle cost 8.00 $ Woodman’s . I am willing to pay for the sushi but the cost of wine is way out of line.
Best sushi in town and the pork chops at dinner are ridiculous! Make sure you get the mushrooms with the chops
