Sophia’s was great! We were seated immediately and served coffee and fresh buns. The wait staff was quick and efficient. I ordered the Denver skillet and my eggs over hard were still fluffy and tasty. The ham was delicious along with everything else in it, one of the best skippers I’ve eaten in a long time. My fianc had pancakes that were cooked perfectly and he also commented on how good his over easy eggs were. Portion size was great and we both stuffed ourselves for $20. We can’t wait to go back! They know what they’re doing.
