This place has had consistently good doughnuts every time I’ve been here. I love the seasonal fall flavors! Service isn’t amazing, but I go there for the food, so I’m not bothered by it. I prefer raised, my husband prefers cake, a both leave happy.
Not Better than most donut shops. We were visiting from Missouri and were excited to try these donuts. We weren’t wowed. The service wasn’t good. Our cashier barely acknowledged our existence and was rude when she messed up our order. The donuts were dry and there was nothing special about them. Granted, they’re donuts so they were good, but there is no reason to come here over any other donut shop. You would probably be more satisfied going to Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme.I was here on June 6, 2014 and am writing this review as I sit in the shop. I had the black shirt with the Oakland Athletics hat on.
Where’s the Cream?. I have seen great reviews for this donut shop, but my only guess is that it is under new management. I bought a bavarian filled chocolate donut. It was a decent donut, IF I DIDN’T ORDER A BAVARIAN CREAM DONUT! There was no more than a teaspoon of bavarian cream in the donut and the chocolate cover was more of a watered-down chocolate cream. I would not recommend this donut place to my worst enemies.
